Myles Carroll is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in defending and prosecuting complex commercial disputes, trust disputes, and employment matters across both state and federal courts nationwide. He also maintains an active appellate practice, successfully handling appeals throughout the State of Illinois.
Myles serves as outside general counsel to businesses and individuals, offering strategic risk management, legal counseling, and guidance to his clients. Recognized for his success in commercial litigation and civil defense, Myles has been named to the Illinois Super Lawyers: Rising Stars list for 2024 and 2025. During his time at Chicago-Kent College of Law, he earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing III and Trial Advocacy II and was a member of the school’s prestigious trial advocacy team.
