Mike Daniels maintains a multi-state practice with a focus on defending clients in matters involving aviation and aerospace law, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, contract disputes, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in drafting and arguing complicated motions, resolving cases through settlement negotiation and mediation, and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Mr. Daniels has received recognition as a skilled writer. While attending law school at UIC John Marshall, he won Best Respondent’s Brief in the Herzog Moot Court Competition, and assisting in drafting and providing valuable research for an amicus curiae brief in the U.S. Supreme Court case Ahmed Salem Bin Ali Jaber v. United States. After law school, he has continued to provide insight to the legal community through his writing, including an article for the American Bar Association titled “Emerging Technology and Its Application to Products Liability.”
