Jeanine C. Driscoll practices in the areas of aviation, insurance defense, employment litigation and employee relations. Ms. Driscoll has represented domestic and international air carriers, insurance companies and manufacturing companies in claims involving wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, general tort and employment litigation. Her experience includes all aspects of federal and state court practice from pre-trial through appeals. Ms. Driscoll has conducted numerous arbitrations and mediations representing air carriers in claims involving employee grievances within the realm of collective bargaining agreements. She also has represented clients in cases before the Workers’ Compensation Board through trial and appeal.
