David Endersbee primarily advises foreign and domestic airlines, foreign governments, companies, airports, and manufacturers on a variety of operational, commercial, antitrust, and regulatory matters relating to U.S. aviation policy, regulation, and enforcement. These matters include operating authorizations, international air service agreements, and Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, and Customs and Border Protection regulations and policies.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Endersbee practiced at another Washington, DC, firm.
