Kelly Flavin focuses her practice on defending clients in a variety of areas, including aviation and aerospace, civil rights, construction negligence, employment, premises liability, and product liability. As a skilled litigator, Ms. Flavin handles all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution. She has drafted and argued successful dispositive motions, negotiated advantageous settlements for clients, and helped clients achieve favorable verdicts in both state and federal jury trials.
Ms. Flavin has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2020-2023 for her practice in civil litigation, aviation and aerospace, and personal injury. While attending law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Ms. Flavin received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Legal Writing III and Intimate Partner Violence. Prior to law school, Ms. Flavin graduated summa cum laude from Saint Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Philosophy.
