David Endersbee primarily advises foreign and domestic airlines, foreign governments, companies, airports, and manufacturers on a variety of operational, commercial, antitrust, and regulatory matters relating to U.S. aviation policy, regulation, and enforcement. These matters include operating authorizations, international air service agreements, and Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, and Customs and Border Protection regulations and policies.
Mr. Endersbee was selected for inclusion in Who's Who Legal: Transport 2022 and 2023, Aviation Regulatory chapter.
Mr. Endersbee is the Exclusive IR Global Advisor for Aviation Law in Washington, DC.
