Gary C. Kaisen graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with Honors and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy in 1991. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Boston College Law School in 1995. He has tried multiple jury and court cases to verdict and judgment and has argued appeals at the Second Circuit, the Connecticut Supreme Court, and the Connecticut Appellate Court. He has also represented parties in numerous arbitrations and administrative agency actions. He has been appointed by the Connecticut Chief Administrative Judge of Civil Matters to act as a fact-finder/arbitrator. His areas of practice include trucking and other transportation litigation, TBI and other complex injury matters, construction litigation, medical malpractice, education law, employment law, municipal liability, educator and clergy abuse matters, personal injury litigation, products liability, commercial and personal insurance disputes. He is a past member of the New Haven Inn of Court, past Vice President of the Guilford Land Conservation Trust and past Vice Chair of the Guilford Board of Education.
