Rachel Nevarez maintains a national practice in which she focuses on representing air carriers and their insurers in all types of aviation-based matters, including personal injury, cargo loss, employment, and product liability claims. She also represents businesses and governmental entities in a variety of matters, including civil rights and construction negligence. Ms. Nevarez takes time to understand her clients’ business, ensuring that the litigation strategy deployed not only results in a favorable outcome, but also fits efficiently within the client’s overall business goals.
